give her a chance for the anaesthetic to work its way out of her system

it's tom cats that aren't as bright after neutering, and we all know why that is ;) (JOKE!)

no hun,she hasn't become stupid! she just needs time to recover. whatever your cats personality was BEFORE the operation will remain intact. after all she just went Thu MAJOR surgery! i don't think YOU would feel like running and jumping about either if you had had surgery like that either! lol its much harder on the females than the males,(ain't THAT the truth!)LOL all joking aside tho hun, its just an old wives tale that your cat will turn into a vegetable(I.E.couch potato) just because you had them fixed!(spayed/neutered)you can rest assured that YOU have done the SMART thing for your kitty! she will soon return to her old self and live a much longer and happier life because you did!---BRAVO!

Um. I guess it could be a reaction to the anesthetic. Call your vet and tell them about the abnormality. What stupid things is she doing?
Is she running into things, falling over, siezuring, and or showing signs of other forms of brain damage? She may have nerve damage and/or other problems associated with the drugs given to her during or after the operation.

if she has just recently had surgery it could all be side effects from the procedure and the anesthetic.
Whatever the time between the surgery and now I would speak with the vet and raise my concerns

How long ago was the surgery? Did you bring this matter up with the vet on your follow up visit?

She was spayed? She's not stupid. Don't be so mean to your Kitty. They have to get this done. Yes, the behavior of the cat may change, but that doesn't mean they are stupid.
