Hair growth, a genetic predisposition, is relevant to your overall health, so any multivitamin supplements will promote hair health. If you strictly want "Hair, Skin, and Nail" supplements, choose GNC. However, if you have a tight budget, choose store-brand prenatal vitamins or any other line of multivitamins that contain similar amounts (%) of the same vitamins listed in GNC brand. Just compare the vitamin lists.
