You have more of a chance of it getting worse then better.

You have to eat right, keep your cholesterol low, blood pressure low, don't smoke and do light aerobic exercise to decrease your chances of it getting worse.

Talk to your doctor about an exercise program, medications that can help and other options you have.

you did not say what kind of blockage. a blockage of the
small bowell left untreated can be fatal.
with any blockage it has the potential to get worse.
waste no time see a dr.
