CMW: I'm sorry, that Rabbi, as you have quoted him, is wrong. the Jews do not know what the picture looks like and the "gentiles' have no clue what the most important piece is. Both are equally decieved.
Only by the call and choosing of the Almighty can a person recognise the whole puzzle and how each separate part fits together. A truth that both Jews and gentiles reject out of hand.

This does not directly address your question, but indirectly.

One of the teachers from Netivyah, a congregation in Jerusalm, said that the whole picture is not visible to either Jews or gentiles.

The picture is a jigsaw puzzle and the Jews know what the picture looks like, but are missing the most important piece. The gentiles have the most important piece, but don't know what the picture looks like.

So Moses, the prophets, the apostles are all parts of the same picture, but people can't agree that that is so. For me, there is wisdom in that.

No my friend because the apostles called them prophets as well as Jesus and said "we are built upon the foundation of Prophets and Apostles, Jesus being the corner stone". The amazing thing about both groups is that they are types of Christ. They forshadowed a Holy Prophet and Apostle called Jesus who does have both titles according to scripture. It was luke in acts or Paul that made mention of the fact a veil is on the eyes of some that read the law and prophets but it is unveiled when Christ is believed on from the heart. Each group had a job in the proclamation of the gosple. One the prophets where messengers sent to point to the church of old in the right ways of God with glemps of Christ and the future of Israel. The other group of apostles had the spirit of prophecy or gift of prophecy and was instructed to continue the building of Christ church. On the foundation of what the prophets stood for " The Law and Testimony"Isaiah 8:20 & Revelations 12:1,17,14:12," A woman clothed with the sun and the moon under her feet and upon her head a crown of twelve stars".

An apostle in one sense is anyone that serves the Lord but Moses did not belong to a quorem as did Peter James John and the twelve apostles as organised by Christ. This was the governing body as set up by Christ. This was new wine in new bottles. Paul was an apostle. Moses was head prophet of the ten tribes when they left Egypt. He held the Melchizadek priesthood and Aaron was head over the Aaronic priesthood under Moses.

Revelation 21:12-14, Spiritual Jerusalem is described here, and she had 12 gates, "and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel", and "the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb".

According to these verses, the Lamb had twelve apostles which is the foundation for this city. I personally believe this is speaking of the Old and New testaments, our foundation is the word of God. It sure looks like the Lamb only has 12 apostles.

No. The Prophets wrote the Old Testament (except for maybe some of Solomons books, and a few others) and the Apostles wrote the New Testament (except for maybe Paul, although he was an honorary Apostle)

i might say that I answer questions from my contacts as at as quickly as as a risk, based upon the question. in lots of situations, by using the time i'm getting to them, a proper answer has already been chosen. such as you, my costly, I also have a constrained volume of time i will spend here on a daily basis. For questions of certainty, I frequently do no longer answer if somebody has already responded wisely. For questions of opinion, I additionally peruse the solutions to work out if human beings say what I intend to declare. finally, if the question remains open and pastimes me, i'm going to respond to no remember how previous. I don't know what your definition was but I believe that one of the qualifications of an apostle was that he was a witness to the activities of Christ when he was on earth. Paul claimed to be an apostle 'out of time'.
