Yes! I thought I was strange! It's usually my first cig of the day I feel anxious and guilty and I don't know why. It only lasts a couple of minutes. It's horrible isn't it?

I don't smoke, but many years ago, when I was a teenager, I smoked a few times. Every time I smoked, I felt very sad and depressed and thought about my exams and got worried that I was going to fail all of them. Usually, it took about ten minutes to get over the depressed and worrisome feeling, but it was terrible. I felt like there was no hope.

Smoking is a terrible thing. DON'T SMOKE.

Don't make the cigarette companies rich at the expense of your health. It is an ugly habit.
