Last week I took two ECGs. One report was not normal and the report next day shown a normal report.
Enzyme test also given a normal report.

Depends on the abnormality. Frequently cardiologists or the computer will call minor abnormalities that aren't of any relevance to the patient's condition. Make sure your doctor is aware of the abnormality and if s/he says to forget about it, do so!

Everybody is harmlessly abnormal in one way or the other... yours may be in transitory changes in your EKG!

yes. A variation does not necessarily mean that there is damage to the heart muscle. You did not say what the variation was, so it is difficult to give you a more specific answer in your case. Also, one of the reasons that doctors order repeat tests is because changes can and do occur. For example, if you had too much caffeine or cocaine in your system when the 1st one was done, it will look totally different from the second one. There are many other variables also.
