Hello,
You did not mention what is your daily food menu is!! I mean whether you include roti or rice with your meal. Can you tell how much pounds (or kgs) you want to gain.

If you eat roti, less the quantity of roti and add rice to your menu. For gaining healthy weight:
Eating 2 ripened bananas helps; Drinking milk two times at least; Add a 1/4 cup of nuts as a snack; If you can, eat one egg once in two days or so.

Do not stop if you are working out. Do a little stretching or slow-walking everyday not more than 30 minutes. One more thing is do not increase your intake of sugars/sweets.

These are some tips for healthy weight gain.

Namaste.

First keep in mind, inspite of being Fat try to be Fit. Yah If u would like to put on some extra weight on healthy way then First, u should see a Dietcian and he/ she will recomend you the suitable diet chart for you after having some certain tests. Generally we have a thinking that those who r skinny dont need to do any excercise--------------which is completely wrong. U should do some excercises to enhance the rate of Metabolism, which will make u hungry to have more food. U can try some Yoga, Walk etc. That will keep u fit for long period.

If u want to go through short-cut & unhealthy way then have enough food without any plan or chart. Try to add more Banana, Potatos, Cheese, Butter, Full Creame Milk, Red Meat, Egg, Ghee, Pumpkins etc in ur food chart. But it will push u towards high cholesterol level eventually----------which will give u Cardio Blockage, High BP etc. in the future.

Now its ur life, u ve two options in front of you. Select one. Good Luck.

Make sure your food is cooked in lots of makkan or ghee.

Eat a lot of starchy food like alu and roti.

Eat metai like ladoos.

Don't excerise, it will work--you will become tulo. I'm not sure why someone would want to do that on purpose, though; unless he was considering a career in Sumo wrestling and that's Japanese.

Also, I know some fat people who have no personality whatsoever. Like the lady who approves my expense reports at work; larki ke bahut bahut bhut sukul hai.

If you want to gain weight, eat more calories than you expend in the form of healthy foods. Good fats are avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, nuts, nut butters, etc.

Hmm. If you're interested in Indian stuff, see if you can find an Ayurvedic practitioner. It's kind of complicated, but basically they can help you get yourself into balance physically and spiritually.

Look up Ayurveda online.
