Yes around or +/- 200 can be said the maximal heart rate or contraction, though the formula is 220 - the actual age of the patient should be the correct figure. Heart contraction rate is medically said as heart rate.

Please read the formula and details -

The highest heart rate that can be achieved during exercise. It can be determined directly on a heart rate monitor when running to exhaustion, but this is not always a safe or practical procedure. It should be attempted only with a doctor's approval. Therefore it is usually assumed that the absolute maximal heart rate is 220 and that it decreases by a value of one beat per year of life. Thus, an individual's maximal heart rate (HRmax) can be estimated using the formula:

HRmax = 220 - age (in years)

The estimate may be subject to errors of 10 per cent or more and actual values may exceed the theoretical limit. For example, maximal heart rates of 250 beats per minute have been recorded in cross-country skiers subjected to intense workloads. Values vary according to the type of exercise performed: for example, HRmax is about 13 beats per minute less for an activity which uses mainly upper body muscles (e.g. swimming), than for an activity which uses mainly lower body muscles (e.g. cycling). Maximal heart rate is often used as a guide to exercise intensities. Exercise physiologists recommend that unconditioned people train at a heart rate of between 60-70 per cent maximal heart rate. Thus a forty-year-old person with a maximal heart rate of 180 would maintain a training heart rate of between 108 and 126 beats per minute. The generally recommended training heart rate for a moderately fit person is between 70 and 80 per cent HRmax, and that for a highly-conditioned, competitive athlete is more than 80 per cent HRmax. -
