Anemia is a deficiency of red blood cells (RBCs) and/or hemoglobin. This results in a reduced ability of blood to transfer oxygen to the tissues, causing tissue hypoxia. Since all human cells depend on oxygen for survival, varying degrees of anemia can have a wide range of clinical consequences. Hemoglobin (the oxygen-carrying protein in the red blood cells) has to be present to ensure adequate oxygenation of all tissues and organs. The three main classes of anemia include excessive blood loss (acutely such as a hemorrhage or chronically through low-volume loss), excessive blood cell destruction (hemolysis) or deficient red blood cell production (ineffective hematopoiesis). In menstruating women, dietary iron deficiency is a common cause of deficient red blood cell production.
Anemia is the most common disorder of the blood. There are several kinds of anemia, produced by a variety of underlying causes. Anemia can be classified in a variety of ways, based on the morphology of RBCs, underlying etiologic mechanisms, and discernible clinical spectra, to mention a few.
Low Blood Pressure is best understood as a physiologic state, rather than a disease. It is often associated with shock, though not necessarily indicative of it. Hypotension is not hypertension, which is high blood pressure, the opposite of hypotension. Hypotension is a fairly rare problem, hypertension is a much more common problem. Hypotension is usually not a serious problem, although in some cases it can be life threatening.

Anemia and low blood pressure are not the same thing.
Anemia is a deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin in your blood. Red blood cells contain a substance called hemoglobin - they take oxygen from your lungs to the rest to your body.
Anemia can be caused by several different diseases, blood loss, or iron deficiency. Menstruating women are vulnerable to anemia.
Anemia can cause weakness, tiredness, difficulty breathing, and paleness.
Anemia is treated according to what is causing it. Many people who are anemic are put on iron supplements.
Low blood pressure is also known as hypotension. It's not really a disease, but rather a sign of a disease or simply a state of the body. Blood pressure is a measure of how hard your blood is pushing against the walls of your blood vessels. It can reflect the condition of both your heart and your blood vessels.
Many things can cause low blood pressure, including loss of blood, congestive heart failure, heart attack, and massive infection.
If you loss a lot of blood, there's a good chance you'll have a low blood pressure and be considered anemic.

ANEMIA does not have any relation with Low Blood Pressure. It is entirely a different condition-
Anemia is a condition characterized by abnormally low levels of healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin (the component of red blood cells that delivers oxygen to tissues throughout the body).
The tissues of the human body need a regular supply of oxygen to stay healthy. Red blood cells, which contain hemoglobin that allows them to deliver oxygen throughout the body, live for only about 120 days. When they die, the iron they contain is returned to the bone marrow and used to create new red blood cells. Anemia develops when heavy bleeding causes significant iron loss or when something happens to slow down the production of red blood cells or to increase the rate at which they are destroyed.-

Anemia is a reduction of red blood cells being produced in your body or a loss of red blood cells from your body (as in bleeding in your bowels, stomach, etc).
Low blood pressure is usually below 90 on the top number of your blood pressure reading. People who have blood loss of a sudden nature often have low blood pressure too.

Anemia is a lack of red blood cells. This can happen because of extreme blood loss or your body's inability to reproduce RBC quickly/ normally. This happened to me when I donated blood. Eat things with lots of Iron. Low blood pressure. 80/ 70 is considered low blood pressure. Do not give blood if you have low blood pressure.
