Actually, after I turned 30, my digestive system would put up a fuss when I ate meat. One day, I'm eating some chickens' wings, and I got so disgusted by the greasiness and the look and feel of the stuff, I decided to go vegetarian then and there. It'll be six years in January since I made my decision, and I have since gone vegan.

When I'd look at the meat I'd think that only a short while ago it was part of a living, feeling, thinking creature that had done absolutely nothing to deserve being treated so badly just to end up dying.

No, I tend to over think things. I began wondering about the cow that made my hamburger, so I did some research. I wanted to vomit every time I ate meat, so I stopped. I don't care what other people eat though, their body, their choice.

Yes, and quite frankly I don't like the way it makes me feel physically either. I understand if people must eat meat, but I think society eats way too much of it. Animals have feelings and they wouldn't have to suffer nearly as much if the demand wasn't so high. I feel that my decision to not eat meat is one small step towards ending their suffering.

No, I was brought up veggie and eating meat isn't an option. I know veggies who cook meat for their partners but I wouldn't do that - I feel sick if I see the Frozen Meat section in the supermarket.

I became a vegetarian because of health reasons. It has been scientifically proven that vegetarians usually live 10 years longer than meat eaters. Plus, we are in less risk of certain cancers and heart disease. I also believe no animals should die just to please our taste buds.
