I'll be cooking, but only for the two of us. And I probably won't have the menu finalized until a week before. However, I know we're having:

A huge bone-in ham with a beer glaze
Garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Bacon gravy
Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Maybe a French loaf to dip in balsamic and olive oil
Either green bean casserole or steamed asparagus with hollandaise. Not sure on that yet.

I will be helping

Turkey/Ham
Mashed Taters /Gravy
Mac and Cheese
Corn
Green Beans
Cole Slaw
Rolls
Deviled Eggs
Broccoli Casserole

Sweet Potatoes
Au Gratin Potatoes
Pumpkin Pie/Pecan Pie/Strawberry Delight

I think you will have plenty to feed 8 people, with some leftovers, maybe ..haha

I'm not too sure, but I think a whole roasted pig will be in order for 25 - 30 people. (We'll be cheating . . . we order ours from the Filipino food store!!)
