I'll be cooking, but only for the two of us. And I probably won't have the menu finalized until a week before. However, I know we're having:
A huge bone-in ham with a beer glaze
Garlic cream cheese mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Bacon gravy
Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Maybe a French loaf to dip in balsamic and olive oil
Either green bean casserole or steamed asparagus with hollandaise. Not sure on that yet.

and if she was making it, she would make a big ham (which is bad cuz i cant eat pork lol) and lots of potatoes and lots of bread and lots and lots of veggies
and i would be making my yummyyyy white layer cake with coconut frosting! or my chai cake that i invented using a box mix and instant chai =D

I'm not too sure, but I think a whole roasted pig will be in order for 25 - 30 people. (We'll be cheating . . . we order ours from the Filipino food store!!)
