Nothing wrong with that heart rate unless you are experiencing dizziness. A normal heart rate is 60-100, but it isn't unhealthy to be a tad under that.

This is a great heart rate. If you are on medications to slow your heart, they don't like you below 50. If you are just physically fit without medications and this is your heart rate, all the better.

You might want to get that checked. A normal pulse should be in between 60 and 90. Although maybe your taking something that keeps it at that rate. And if you were to possibly excersise it would sure enough raise. You might want to see a doctor, though. Just to make sure everythings okay. :)

It's perfectly fine chap, just keep walking, avoid stimulants, and fat, as long as you not feeling dizzy or vertigo, you are doing exceptionally good.
