Are you looking for salt for human consumption or salt for using on the road when the surface is frozen?
You also don't mention where you are living (i.e. which English-speaking Country for a start - it makes a difference)
Most supermarkets in the UK stock ordinary table salt as well as "special" salt, such as sea salt crystals to use in a salt grinder. The bigger stores will have flavoured salts such as onion salt, herb salt and garlic salt. You will also find "Lo-salt" and iodized salt in most places.
For road salt - have a word with the local Council or Landscaping suppliers/contractors.

Oh for gods sake.
The best place you can get salt is Siberia. Take a trip to Russia and ask to be shown to the Salt Mines where you basically dig your own salt out of the living earth. Unfortunately the Russians do have a 'minimum stay' policy in these mines. You are usually required to stay on until you freeze to death.

Is this a special sort of vegan salt?
Have you intentionally not fully explained youself, so you can come on later, and call all the answerers 'morons'?
You can buy salt in any supermarket, but, if you take your love handles to a local health food store, or oriental supermarket, you will have a larger choice of salts, from different countries and refined to different finishes.

If you want really good salt or special salt try Penzeys.com

You can buy excellent salt as well as herbs and spices there.

I am assuming you are talking about something other than table salt. If you want ordinary, iodized salt buy it at your local grocery store.

How old are you ? Are you allowed out ?

Do you live on another planet ?

Could you ask your mum or dad where you can buy salt ?

Or is this perhaps a little too personal ?

If I were you I'd get yourself a head massage.
