Make stuffed tomatoes. You just cut the tops off the tomatoes, scoop out the soft insides so it's hollow, then you can combine your cooked rice, bits of broccoli, diced onions, and some of the tomato interior with spices - I'd use black pepper, thyme, rosemary and salt - then stuff that into the tomatoes. Top with shredded cheese and pop that into a 350 oven for 20-odd minutes.

Slice the onions, brocolli and cheese and set to side.
Drop the broccoli and onions into the hot water to cook slightly or stir fry
Warm the potato soup, mashing the potatoes into a paste, then stir in the cheese to make a nice sauce. Add some spice like garlic and cumin. Add the yellow rice.
Heat the tortillas shells (nuke them)
Put the veggies on the tortillas and cover with the cheese, potato rice mix
Put the tortillas on a plate, sprinkle with the onions and brocolli, and cover with the potato cheese sauce

You could probably make a broccoli casserole with those things. Try taking your broccoli and Tortillas and layering them in a casserole dish, add in a couple of eggs and add the cheese on top. Bake at like 350 for about 35 mins, and it should be pretty good. If you could go get some cream of broccoli soup instead of the cheese it would taste great. Sorry if you try it and don't like it, I've made something like this before. Good luck.

how about fritatas? (think i spelled that right)
like a deep omlette. whisk the eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper and pour it into a frying pan. let it cook a little then throw in the tomatoes, onion, broccoli (maybe microwave or fry the veg in butter first) if you have any cooked potato that goes really well in there too! cook it on low so it dsnt burn. when its mostly cooked through put the pan under the grill to cook the top. when its all firm grate cheese on top and put it back under to melt it. , tasty!

I'm guessing you can go but some half and half and parmesian cheese (in a shake can)
-slowly heat the half and half, adding parm cheese in small portions, stirring OCCASIONALLY... this will turn into an alfredo sauce... add garlic, salt n pepper, anything you like.
-use pene pasta
-onions, broccoli in the sauce
