Nope. It's full of fat and cholesterol. And the high protein content in cheese will outweigh any benefit from the calcium, as excess protein causes calcium to leach from your bones. Cheese also has morphine-like chemicals--people literally are addicted to cheese.

It depends who you ask! Some say it is good because it has protein, calcium and vitamin D. Others say no because it has a lot of fat and cholesterol and is hard on the body in terms of digestion. It depends what kind of a diet your looking for. Here and there seems fine, but all the time would be unhealthy for sure.

Yes and no. It is dairy food, so the calcium is good for you. However cheese also has a high fat content, which is not so good.

Cheese is high in calcium, something that most women don't get enough of.

It has some nutritional value, but in my opinion the benefits are far outweighed by the saturated fat and cholesterol content.
Eat it if you want, but keep in mind that it's bad for you. So eat it in moderation.

No, in fact I am working very hard to make it illegal in all 50 States. I have asked former Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, to assist me with this gargantuan effort.
