If you caught it before it really got bad, then chew on a garlic clove. Very hot and it kills something that is just starting. Do it at night so your breath has time to get more normal. Also there are those tablets that you put in water. It has all sorts of stuff to fight off infections. Is it called "Airborne"? I think so. It helps to boost your immune system to fight this stuff. It does help.

most likely, it is a viral illness which can last 3-21 days. treat your symptoms. you and your family need to practice better handwashing skills in the home.

rest.hot tea with honey a splash of the OLD CAPTAIN, more rest, lots of vit.C. another splash.....more rest another splash and if your not feeling any better knock off the bottle.
wake up in the morning I bet your ready to go.
