No really it depends on how much you think your guest are going to drink. I would get about about 80 large bags of ice and about 60 bottles of cordial.

who cares if you have some left you can always drink it later that way no ones has to run out and get some if you run out

Are you only serving the cordial or are you serving anything else to drink like soda or water? It makes a difference. For that many people, I would have about 175 pounds of ice. You have to take into consideration that about 1/4 of the ice will melt over the course of the party and that if you are serving mixed drinks you will need abou 1/2 cup of ice per drink. That is why I usually get 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of ice per person depending on what I am serving.

There are 27 shots in a fifth. 31 in a quart... so take it from there. You would use about 10 gallons of ice (2 five gallon buckets).

Of course all of this depends on how much you expect them to drink... if it is cordial then probably just one drink per person with a 10 - 15 % overflow...

Hope this helps a little bit.
