Yes you can, as long as you have finished the treatment, and have taken antibiotics as prescribed. :)
*edit* You do not need to wait any more period of time afterword, unless MY doctor informed me wrong, and I highly doubt that, but you could if you wanted to be sure, its been a week already, right? I think you would be ok. And as far as further testing to be sure that it is gone? Not needed, Im sure u would know if it was still there. Good luck, that stuff sucks..And for the people who are a little unfamilliar with bacterial vaginosis, you dont really get it from a partner, its kinda like a yeast infection, only its a bacterial infection.

If you have completed your treatment and a week has passed you can resume sex. just remember. your partner needs to get treated also he can reinfect you. also you should use a condom for your protection. reinfection can cause a mutation which might develope into treatment resistants strains of the STD

I think you should probably wait a bit. Or tell the guy you're going to have sex with and let him decide. I'm pretty sure he'd lean toward no.

You should usually wait 7-10 days. If you're really worried, I would wait the full 10 days, or ask your GYN.

It might be best to be re-tested to make sure you are healed.
