Can having slight chest pain when stressed abit be a sign of a bad heart.

that would depend. there are a lot of factor which will cause chest pain and depending on the pain that you are experiencing. Your age, lifestyle would also be a great factor to consider why you are having chest pain. However, generally speaking, if you are having chest pain and excruciating in nature,and it happens intermittently, you need a doctor. It must be some angina or worst a myocardial infarction. thanks :)

I don´t think so, but depends on your age, heart rate, blood pressure. If your heart rate is steady and about 65-75 (in rest) you don´t have any problem in your heart.
