Have you been checked for Raynauds syndrome? A long shot but it might account for your extremities going blue. Also, is there anything in particular that seems to trigger these symptoms as that might provide a clue.Unfortunately ECG's only measure electrical activity inthe heart and only when you are having the ECG so they miss about 35% of everything.

Dont ask here. Get to the doctor asap as it sounds like you have an irregular heart beat. The symptoms are as if you are not getting the correct blood flow to your body. Suggest you stop driving, avoid sex and any stressful situations until its sorted out

The fact that your ECG was OK is good news. Your symptoms could be caused by anxiety and panic attacks. You should see your GP as this can be as real as any serious condition and very distressing.

Go back to the Doctor and have everything checked out. Could just be panic attacks, but getting checked out should put your mind at rest

I also so have chest pains and i am only 160 so i don't think that is why you are having chest pains. But you should really go see a doctor.
