Like "dog 111" mentions, I find that over the counter Afrin works quickly and well.
During cold weather season, my sinuses tend to clog up, ESPECIALLY when I lay my head down to go to sleep. Two squirts in each nostril clears things up within a couple of minutes, and the relief lasts all night.
I don't have as much of a problem, during the day, so I don't use Afrin, except at night, and, even then, only when the stuffed up feeling is extreme. A doctor mentioned that the sinus can clog up even more AFTER Afrin's effect wears off, each time rebounding more severely.
BTW, I learned that the generic versions, availablae at most stores, works just as well and is much less expensive. Just check for the active ingredient and concentration. (%)

There are many OTC sinus medicines, You need to take your time go to the isle and start reading, what they offer. Steam either in the shower, or a facial steamer that you can purchase, as a small appliance is helpful. Sinuses are difficult to clear up and often are treated with an Antibiotic, from your Physician . There are also medicines you can get OTC just keep reading the info on th Boxes they usually come in and make selection. Best wishes, do clear them up before the Holy Days

Med's Mask symptoms and DO have a place in the Health Chain...
BUT.. when is a Cold NOT a cold ?
when it's Allergies .. i.e the Never ENDing COLD.
Test for and TREAT allergies before they get out of Control.
Today's Mild to Severe Allergy = Tomorrow's Allergic ASTHMA.

Steam. Boil a pot of water, place you head over the steam, pull a towel over your head, and just hang out there for a bit. This always help clean up my sinus', and I get a great facial at the same time. No chemicals, no drugs...just steam.
