Get some frozen meatballs and let them thaw out, throw them into a pan with a few Tb. of grape jelly and a bottle of bbq sauce (per bag) and let them cook until they are heated through

Use the meatballs but use spaghetti sauce instead of jelly and bbq, that way they can be a snack or you can use them for subs...just get some mozzeralla cheese and sub buns

Take little smokies and add some bbq sauce cook them.

Cheese ball

Chips and Salsa or Chip and Dip

Deviled Eggs

BBQ Pork

Take 1 big box of Velveeta cheese dip and a can of Armour Chili with no beans and add to 1 lb ground hamburger cooked, and you have some really easy chip dip.

POP, TEA, WATER or Alcohol (whatever you want< be responsible of course)

Cupcakes, Cake, Brownies

Guys aren't too picky and probably aren't thrilled with themes. So keep it simple and keep them full. Here are some of the basics guys love:

Chips and French Onion dip
Tortillas and Guacamole
Buy a few bags of frozen chicken wings (i.e. Banquet, Tyson) served with ranch and blue cheese dressings
Potato skins
Beer
Pretzels
Go to Subway and get a long party sub with different meats
Make up a crock pot of chili and have fixins on the side like sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, crackers, etc.
Wrap mini hot dogs in crescent rolls for "pigs in a blanket"
Taco dip and chips
Barbecue meatballs or cocktail weenies
Mozzarella sticks
Brats and buns
Cheese and Sausage Tray with crackers

Almost everything you can get premade in your grocer's freezer section or deli department. Just heat 'em up!

Try mini sandwiches
BBQ Wings
meatball hero's
Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Sausage rolls
Pizza Rolls
Veggie Tray
Fruit Tray
I am assuming that there will be women, so that's the veggie and fruit tray coming in. Hope the party's a blast.

meatballs or little weenies in a crock pot mixed with 1 can jellied cranberry sauce and 1jar chili sauce (you can use frozen meatballs)
taco dip
cheese and sausage w/ crackers
veggie tray
pigs in a blanket
pizza bites (just make regular pizza and cut into small bite sized pieces)
finger sandwiches
deviled eggs

check in your frozen section too for any deals on frozen appetizers you can just throw in the oven like taquitos, egg rolls, jalapeno poppers whatever you find. I also do my shopping at Aldi for good deals, their food is so much cheaper then the regular grocery store.

karaoke would be a lot of fun... also, does your church have a band or do you or other friends play any instruments? get a band together and play him the beatles happy birthday song and other oldies/classics, or top 40.. you don't have to be super good @ playing or singing... no matter what you sound like it'd still be really funny and he'll get a kick out of it ;)... my brother and some of his friends did this for another friend's party and the youth group (and their parents..) loved it, it was a blast!! :D hope the party goes well for you!

Chicken wings are always good. Chips. Beer. Hot dogs you can make them in the oven. You should make this its so good. You can make swedish meatballs and put toothpicks. You get frozen meatballs and mix them with jelly and heinz chili sauce. It is so good. And you barely have to do anything. You can make it all in one pot!
