that isn't proving anything. the prefix 'a' means against, and 'theist' means god. so 'altheist' obviously means against god, or a non believer in god.
when you think about it, there is no way you can 'prove' god exist, he doesn't leave footsteps, humans cannot literly see him because he is not restrained to human laws.but what you can do is show people reasons to have faith, and that is faith being the key word, that he does, such as nature, peoples lives being changed, maybe Jesus?

i think the best one yet is just loving god, and if you love people, you are loving God, and didn't Jesus say that was the greatest commands?
I know i dind't 'prove' God exist, i don't believe anyone can ever 'prove' something that no one can see exist, sure, creationist scientist can observe nature, and then conclude that they only reasonable way that everything could have been formed, is by a greater force, but what does that really prove? does it prove that we are sinners, and will never ever be able to live forever without christ? No, not really.
Okay, well, if i did anything, i think i have confused myself and others, so once again, i hope this helps.

(oww that was sarcasm, eh? heh, sorry didn't get that till i read other answers...)

So you're saying if we were all theists, God will exist because we will all think that way.

But . . . the Christian population and the Non-religious population adds up to 3 million. The faith of each believer x 3 million = God's existence? I don't think so. My theory is that whether or not everybody on Earth was a believer, it doesn't make a difference to the truth. If God existed, He will keep existing. If He didn't, then He won't.

I'm starting to doubt whether I'm making sense . . .

Exactly, a theist (the belief in one God as the creator and ruler of the universe) is an atheist (a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings). Just by believing in a "faith" written by men, they deny the existence of anything else!

I flow my hand in front of my face and seem at it. i think of, how did I try this? I actually have a techniques with a kit deal of nerves working from it to my hand. yet i wanted to flow my hand. that's outstanding, i don't comprehend. i'm purely count. i'm purely created from a collection of molecules yet I actually have a will and that i can make this physique of mine do stuff. How extraordinary! i'm slightly earth yet i'm lively! because of the fact whilst does dirt arise and animate itself? I appreciate designing application yet i truthfully rejoice with those engineers who create robotic bio limbs for those people who've misplaced a organic limb. those engineers are designing some thing. Its a layout! in spite of the incontrovertible fact that cool and slick their end product works, its not something like the only which they are changing that replace into designed by using the capital "C" writer.

An atheist is an atheist, not a theist. Hope that helps.

Think really hard....

A-Theist.....

A - means against, not, etc. Therefore someone who is atheist is 'not' a believer in something.

So you have just proven to us your lack of intelligence.

Try again...(I'm not atheist by the way, but a believer in 'The Way')

That is stupid, you must be overweight/obese.

Nobody can prove or disprove the existance of God, but then again nobody can prove or disprove the existance of Odin, Zeus, Jupiter, Gaia, etc. So, yeah.

Idiot.

What, why all the thumbs down, im simply saying that there's as much evidence that god exists as the so called 'mythological' gods.

And you are a top contributor?
I wander what the criteria is, the stupider you are , the higher level of contribution you get?

WOW that is so amazing. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery of the Presidential Metal of Freedom to arrive at your house for coming to that great conclusion that god exists

Yeah, right. Nice try.

Seriously, If god existed and did why the bible said he did, it should not be hard to find evidence.
