The Bible is not noted for its accuracy on such matters. It gets most matters of science entirely wrong, even when these are used as the basis of moralist bigotry.

Its time people stopped using this dated and rather vicious text to determine how people should be treated. On the basis of the Bible the mentally ill would be exorcised - a treatment most of us would now consider so barbaric as to be entirely evil. But it is Biblical.

The very same thing it says about every act that goes against the will of God - it's sin! We all sin. What sin is good? NONE! Can we stop it? Yeah - but it's really, really hard. I believe that's the reason God gave us free will. He allows us to fall into sin so we can see our weekness and we can find the path out of that wretchedness which is to seek Him. When you can humble yourself unto the power of the Lord God and come to Him on your knees seeking peace and quiet in your life, He will pour out his Grace upon you and you will see what life is supposed to be.
Paul asked three times for "this thorn to be removed" and God told him - "No." God allows sin to be with us so we can come to Him for the strength that we just do not have.
Seek out the lover of your soul and you will find a love that cannot come from other people. They are as fallen as you.

The bible talks about how our hearts are sinful, name all kinds of sin, they start from the heart. The world today will tell you that there's a certain gene responsible, it's just man's way of trying to make the issue acceptable to society so that they can carry on with whatever they want to do and justify it by saying it's all in the genes.

Really, who cares?

Follow your own path. If that leads you to god, then so be it. If not, that's fine too, but don't let others prescribe a life for you, and tell you what is or isn't OK.

You're gay. SO WHAT? Just be the best person you can be, regardless of who you're boffing.
