I believe it does.

I Peter chapter 2 verses 13-17:
"Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake, whether to the king as supreme, or to governors, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. For this is the will of God, by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men, as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God. Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king."

Yes, but within reason.

The U.S. Constitution once allowed slavery. Does this make slavery okay?

Christianity does not have authority over the civil authority.

But God does have authority of Christians.

Christians reside in their own nations, but as resident aliens. They participate in all things as citizens and endure all things as foreigners. They obey the established laws and their way of life surpasses the laws.

The citizen is obliged in conscience not to follow the directives of civil authorities when they are contrary to the demands of the moral order, to the fundamental rights of persons or the teachings of the Gospel.

We must obey God rather than men. (Acts 5:29)

With love in Christ.

We ought not be ethnocentric.
We as Christians are directed to obey the laws in whatever country we are in, providing they do not conflict with the commands of God. There is never usually a problem except by way of misunderstanding.

Sure, it's in the Bible. Thorians 7:14 " And without prejudice the Lord doest command you to obey the Constitution of the United States of America, a nation that one day many thousands of years into the future will be the only super power located on a continent that we Israelites know not of at this time, Amen." So there you have it, in the Bible, have to do it!

There is nothing in the US Constitution that goes against Christianity, so Christians should obey the laws and rules of the US.

The Book of Matthew

22:21. They say to him: Caesar's. Then he saith to them: Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and to God, the things that are God's.
Dicunt ei Caesaris tunc ait illis reddite ergo quae sunt Caesaris Caesari et quae sunt Dei Deo

Similar ideas and the US constitiution was based off the Old Testament ideas and Christianity is based and follows those ideas. That's why there's a statue of Moses in Capitol Hill.
