my dera friend u are one of millions (one sided lovers)......but dnt let ur love fail....Rise in love never fall in that...
Now i dnt know abt the girl in question but still i give u some small tips:
1) Care for her, respect her and nurture her with your love.
2) Be with her whenever she needs someone.
3) Try of being the best friend of hers.
4) help her in getting her love. the guy she likes a lot (i know its folloish but sometimes u need to fire the bullet by putting the gun on someone's else shoulders)
5) Start ignoring her once she gets close to iother guy let her miss you and your company.
6) Let that guy loose her rather u gaining her love. (This will happen cause soon she will compare ur love, care and respect with his and will find that u are the one for her).
7) Once u get to a position where she feels youa very special frind try giving her small signals that you take her more than a friend.
8) have a happy ending....

We really do not need others to be happy.Other would have triggered love that is within you already, be grateful to her for that but remember it is not person specific.Look out and beyond, the love triggered finds many wonderful things in life ,including fresh people,intensely lovable thanks to her!!

She can't help the attraction she feels, but the same way you can't help caring for her.If you know she cares for someone.Treat her like the adult she has a right,same as you to make up her mind .Be the gentleman, respect her choices!

you said "i need her to b happy", then i can say u one thing, to make her happy just help her in reaching her interested guy, u can help her out with this interested guy, if u can do tat then iam sure tat it will help her and make her more happy. if u cant do wat is said above.. then.. u can just be her friend and may be sooner or later she will find u more interested person to hang out... but.. the secret to win the womans heart is being nice to her ..... so go for it.. good luck ..
