God both exists and doesn't exist at the same time. It depends how you look at it. But He certainly is not an imposter nor a phony; that would imply that He is trying to mimic someone greater. Rethink your question.

God in the vocabulary I have is the boss of the life from the other side. He has to do a lot of planning but each earth has the same kind of people on his side of evolution. Maybe a different god developed else where. I doubt it because of the controls on the genes of the cloning mother i.e. the immaculate mother.

If God is a "phoney" then wouldn't that make Satan and evil "phoney" too? Yet, even as just a psychological construct developed through social evolution, evil is a real thing with real consequences.
Of course, the way you phrased that question implies that God does exist which begs the question - if he's a phoney, how'd me manage to create the universe? If he didn't create the universe then he certainly doesn't fit the accepted definition of "God" and therefore your question doesn't apply to him. But nice try ;)
Mickeytopdog: There are numerous instances of God appearing to people in modern times (Joseph Smith is the one I prefer). You simply need to decide whether you give any credence to those instances, and if not, why they should be any less believable than biblical references.

God is as real as you are, want proof?
Why do people believe God is real? Cause people tell you he is real. Cause people swear they feel him in their hearts.
Why do you believe you are real and everything around you is real?
Cause people tell you that you are? Cause you tell people they are? Oh...wait, because you can feel pain and they can feel pain. So the only thing that makes you believe 100% that you exist is the pain that you feel.
I guess trees aren't living, cause they feel no pain. I guess rocks don't exist because they can't THINK. I guess, the only thing that is real is people.
Tell the atheist what he's won: a lifetime of hell on Earth. People no longer believe in God, so now they will do what ever they want. No one can dictate anyone's life, for they have no more right than the next human. Yes, complete and total chaos. The world without God is a world of death...all the will to live grows weak...we can worship the junk around us, but the truth would be known...all which is good is evil. Evil men wrote an evil book, worshiping an evil God, to rule over an evil world.

I believe in Jehovah God.
There is not anything I can write that can make you believe in Jehovah God.
John 17:3 is what I practice, taking in knowledge of Jehovah to inherit everlasting life in the near future.

God is a character that exists in many religious books. The bad thing about these books is that they don't cite their sources and references so there's no telling whether they can be believed or not, and even whether they're a good source to reference yourself.
I'd rather study books written in the proper academic fashion that explain the origin of life, rather than one big uncited book.
