I'm 15. My next door neighbor (a 13 yr old boy) says "hi" to me often when he sees me. Once when I was coming home from the store- before I could climb the steps to my house- he was there and he asked "Where did you come from?" and he looked into my bag of goodies. Does that mean he likes me? (he lives next door and our houses is a duplex)

He's friendly.
He may have feelings but may not be able to express them.
I know that I was an Idiot around girls when I was that age.
Not much has changed.
