1. Try accepting that you're going to die and will be dead meat after that.
2. Look at all the other religions and see if they make any sense. When you see they don't, ask yourself why you own brand of prejudice is any better than the fantasies spouted by the parasites who run all the other faith fantasies.
3. Try mind altering drugs. They won't take you anywhere you can't reach by real hard thinking but may open a few doors you didn't look for and can be a lot of fun.
I could go on but if these don't work go back up into the trees and tell yourself your not so special.

You can start by cessation of all R&S activities.
Of course, everyone here knows that that is extermly difficult if not impossible, so you are destined to always be a maniac!
