it was fine last night.. and i got up this morning and i picked up to find OIL dripping.. it didnt smell funny.. so i thouht sum1 may hva dropped oil on it mistakenly... i cleaned it up, but as i was using it, i had more and more oil coming on my fingers! i opened the battery cover and lo and behold! it was oozing in oil! i cleaned up all of it and since then its okay.. wht happned? havent put the battery in again but i knw the PSP is working f9.

It's not an oil. Replace battery immidiately! Leaking batteries can damage any electronical device! And clean PSP battery contacts after it with a piece of cloth. Wash your hands too. That "oil" is a poisonous and toxic.

yea buddy thats really bad... leaking batteries kill ur psp and that oil stuff is really poisonus
