I asked this guy who im friends with if he wanted to do summit when he is not working he said "I'll see". What does that mean?

He means he doesnt know if he'll get a better offer, so hes keeping his options open.

It is his way to keep you stringin along without actually having to or wanting to do summit. That way he keeps you near in case nothing better comes along.
