Hell yea their body language is what tells me what they really want. I usually give it to them and more.

I am an older guy. It has taken me a long,long time to even approach what some think - why would they want to be deceptive. However I can see how messed-up some women are and so obvious. Yet some are good actresses in deception. And know some are in sincere earnest.
But I don't usually tell by body language. It is when they are trying to play on the built-in weakness of men,

well women tend to just to have a constant smile on their face if they like u no matter if the topic aint particularly funny.
they play with their hair.
if they bring up the topic of sex means they like u
