Hello, "mich hassen"!

I guess you know it already, but here we go with the translation: Hasse mich (when said to a person you know and are informal with).

Hassen sie (Sie) mich (bitte): Hate me (sie) when said to several people and Hate me (Sie) when said to a formal you, and it´s always polite to say "bitte"=please, how ever weird the question.

haßt mich .

You hate me - du haßt mich.

haßt is pronounced the same as hast (hast btw is the German word for have).
