never been much of a church goer. definitely not one now.

When I was a kid, I was always passing out.
Every two minutes my parents would prod me awake.
Every week after church I'd get yelled at for sleeping.
The next week, I'd fall asleep again.
Church was just so boring.

when i was a teenager i did. as an adult i never did. i used to fall asleep in religious classes all the time though. (i married a catholic and took classes to convert)
stopped going to church after my divorce.

No way .Our Priest is very modern and tells stories he makes up that are linked to the Eucharist and Jesus. He never quotes from the Gospels He comes down from the Alter and walks around the congregation as he talks .His homely is about 5 to 10 minutes which is very short. At the end of Mass he tells us a new joke every week !

I used to. There were some sermons that bored me to tears no matter how early I went to bed Saturday night and how much coffee I drank Sunday morning. It's better now, but as a child forget it.

Yah all the time I use to. But now that Ive come of age and understand better Gods word and His glorious will I get excited to go to church now and eager to hear the sermon instead of as a kid thinking it was boring. -Peace

I didn't know christians sleep in church.Our Imam always tells us to behave in mosque and follow example from the christians who respect the churches.

no i don't but there are sometimes the service is boring, but back in the day you couldn't do that because momma would slap the piss out of you in church.

I did that when I was a Christian. Never on purpose though. If the room was warm and I'd been sitting still for too long...out go the lights.

I used to on occasion, but I know God wasn't pleased so I started, chewing gum and it worked!!! I also pay attention like i'm in school, that worked as well!
