No, but by the last couple of weeks of training you really wish the showers were extremely cold...

No way jose'! Well that's only if the hot water runs out... then it's a little chilly. But when you're active duty and at your duty station... the hot water is endless, and you take your time. I'm not sure how it is with deployments, but my husband said it's pretty much the same as being at your duty station. As for of the time of your shower in BCT and AIT... differs. When I went through, in BCT it was like 3-5 min in the begining, then towards the end it was like 5-10 min... or it felt like that. Well good luck!

False! There's plenty of hot water.
in the field,. however. it's take a cold shower or do not take a shower. the only reason for this is, they fill up a tanker truck ( 7500 gal) and the water is usually cold, and they bring it out to the field.
They try to heat it with immersion heaters, but that doesn't to too much good.

it depends on where you go, it also depends on how big the water heaters are for your barracks are. When I was at Ft. Knox, I always had a hot shower, but when i got to AIT at Aberdean Proving Grounds, in Maryland, they would always run out of hot water.

I wouldn't stress dude, one of the best ways to wake your body up and getting it ready for anything is cold water... Also you will be training hard so your body will be sore and inflamed and cold water will help that so if you are sore enough you might even find that you like it.

No you don't. But you do get up at 4 or 5am, when it can be very cold, so you'll still feel cold even though the water is warm
