AS STATED BEFORE IT IS .03?
A BLOOD ALCOHOL CONTENT IS A BREATHALYZER. (BAC)

THE BAC DOES NOT, HOWEVER, DETERMINE AN INDIVIDUALS LEVEL OF INTOXICATION. AND THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT.

IT DOES NOT DO THIS AND ONE CANNOT STATE A BEER OR?? BECAUSE IT VARIES FROM INDIVIDUAL TO INDIVIDUAL BASED ON TOLERANCE.

THE BAC CAN ALSO VARY BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS CONSUMING THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL DUE TO GENDER, WEIGHT, GENETIC PRE-DISPOSITION AND METABOLIC RATES.

SO .03 IS .03?

IN MOST STATES, A .08 IS A STANDARD OF (POSSIBLE) INTOXICATION??

A .02 FOR SOMEONE UNDER 21 IS CONSIDERED A STANDARD OF (POSSIBLE)INTOXICATION.

WITH THAT READING AND THE OUTWARD PHYSICAL ABILITY AND MENTAL ABILITY, YOU CAN DEDUCE A DEDUCTION OF INTOXICATION PROBABILITY OR NOT?

THIS IS WHAT IS KNOWN AS DISCRETIONARY DECISIONS OF THE ARRESTING OFFICER.

Not drunk at all! An average person may not even show indicia of impairment at that level. In fact, booze burns off at an average level of 0.015 g/100ml/hr, so I won't even be detectable in your body after an 1.5-2hrs in a healthy young male. So, drink up and be safe!
