Well yes physical attraction is probably the reason I came up to them in the first place, but after that personality has a huge role. Communication is pretty big too, if I can't talk with the girl openly it kinda makes me feel like I've not being myself. As for personality traits, intelligence is up there and so is how she treats people she and knows and doesn't know. For physical traits, I would prefer someone over 5'5 and has more of an athletic build because that would be one more thing to have in common, staying in shape =P

The most important? I would say probably honesty. This way you know that he won't ever cheat on you and ever hurt you, Honesty is one of the best things a romantic partner can have. Other good things can include looks, (what girl doesn't like a guy with looks?), hair, (I hate to sound shallow but that's one of the first thing I notice about a guy. hair...)personality, (you can be gorgeous but a jerk) and other things like that. he has to be able to make me laugh.
he has to be someone i can show my friends and they will approve of.
he has to be taller than me
he has to smell good
he has to have a nice smile
he has to care. about me, my family, my friends.
he has to support me in anything i do
he has to be there for me when im happy or sad
he has to be willing to cancel on his friends for me. even though i wont let him.
he has to have a nice body i can look at and cuddle with
