Deleted folder instead of message. Have retrieved it through Norton Protected files, but cannot get folder to open. Have tried to open with Internet Explorer, it appears to open momentarily and then reverts back to DO YOU WANT TO OPEN OR SAVE this file continuously. Am I using the wrong program to open it. Does anyone have any suggestions please.

go to Tools menu | Options >under Maintenance tab, click for Store Folder.
It'll display where's our messages store folder.
Browse/open this folder through Windows Explorer, then double click the files (..*.dbx), by default they'll will be opened by Outlook Express.

Go into Outlook Express...There is an option to "IMPORT" data (messages, addresses, etc..) Choose that and point it at your saved file. I believe the import command is under the file menu
