He is male. He will never get over the need to play with Mr. Winky. LOL. Just ignore it and don't make a big deal out of it cause you don't want to scar the child for life. Just tell him thats not a nice thing to do in public just like picking your nose or farting. He will eventually stop doing it where you can see it anyway.

i agree with everything everyone else is saying...my 2 yr old son plays with his "pingtoo" all the time. I dont make a big deal out of it, he's just curious, and i dont wanna give him a complex about his body or sexuality that can cause him problems later on as an adult. Its normal and healthy...just try and keep it from happening in public and at home in plain sight where everyone around can see what he's doing

All kids do this. It is completely normal. All you should do is tell him that what he wants to do is fine but it is a private thing and should only be done in his room.

It is what I did with my daughter and my son. When they first discover this it seams like they do it all the time but honestly they stop quite soon after starting.

Because he is a normal human being. Just let him and don't react and later on explain to him when it is appropriate and not to do it in public.

hes getting to know his body, its his and he plays with it, its his friend!
my son plays with his and it doesnt bother me
