It delights me when my 7 year old makes up his own witty comments that normally you don't hear until adulthood.

Young animals.
They're SO funny. They give me a great deal of delight. I believe Joy is the fuel for reaching the stars.

Every little thing about Life has the power to delight me. It's often a question of: am I mindful enough to take delight in every thing. Unfortunately it usually takes something to shock me out of my daily drudgery in order to return to a mindful state of delight: my kids, a sip of steaming hot coffee, a beautiful view of the ocean, or the clouds drifting across the blue of the sky.

Many times, my students delight me. I am frequently delighted in the presence of many of my friends. Finally, my cats and their antics are a constant source of joy and delight.

I find delight in knowing I have helped someone or encouraged someone, or even given someone a good laugh. It is not often that I get things right, see, and so those rare times when I actually do are very meaningful to me.

God/dess, Coconut haystacks, hazelnut cappuccino or hot cocoa on a cold night in my flannels, the look on children's faces Christmas morning, family, friends, really pretty stationary, a good book before bed with hazelnut cappuccino or hot cocoa on the lamp table next to me, fluffy stuff...
