Creat English Environment! Reading news papers & listening to audio material like Audio CD, tapes & PRACTICE will make anybody fluent in any language. Have Thesaurus by your side so that you can know the exact meaning of the phrase or the word.

Tapes, CDs, DVDs, computer language training all allow you to learn and to minimize the effects of your native language in speaking English ( with or without "accents" ).
A very good way is to take up Ham Radio as a hobby; you'll be talking to strangers in whatever language you want and English is especially available.

What worked for me , upon arrival to the USA 14 years ago, was to read the newspaper daily, and listen to news broadcasts, obviously in English. For the most part , this industry attempts to enunciate correctly, after a couple of weeks you will start getting a "sense", if you will, most of all do not be afraid to ask, attempt to use your native language as little as possible, good luck!!

A friend of mine was studying German and so she purchased American movies she was already familiar with. I think it helps as far as having the sound of it in your ear? You could try something like that or get your self an English speaking pen-pal who would not mind voice chats.

Well, you can't be. To learn any language 100% you require to spend a lengthy period in the country to which the language belongs. I would suggest you to come to Britain and stay for at least 2 years. You should be quite fluent by then.
