According to the King James Version lexicon in crosswalk.com, "Ho" was mentioned four times in the Old Testament, and none in the New. It is used as an injection, eg:
Isaiah 55:1
"Ho! Everyone who thirsts,
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come, buy and eat.
Yes, come, buy wine and milk
without money and without price."
1 Thessalonians 5:22 says "Abstain from every form of evil". But Santa is fictional, so it's neither good nor evil, therefore the verse does not apply to it at all. Hope this answers your question.

IN the KJV of the Bible Ho is used twice. The first one is " Issiah 55:1 " Ho every one that thirsteth, come..."
The second is "Zechariah 2:6 " Ho, come forth and flee from the..."
From the "Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible"
Personally, I have a NIV and I don't see that in it, but I imagine those words were mostly used in the old English translation. I was actually surprised to find them in the concordance.
An interesting note, Santa is an anagram for Satan. Coincidence? I think not. Christmas was not meant to be celebrated by Christians. It is a pagan festival with a Christian sounding name pasted over it.

1. God didn't write the scriptures, so zero.
2. The word "ho" doesn't appear in the scriptures as far as I know anyway.
3. There is no mention of a big fat guy in a red coat who has flying reindeer (which are unnatural, and therefore a violation against God), anywhere in the scriptures either.
Santa is based off of St. Nicholas, one of the 50 billion people that the Catholic Church has cannonized. I don't remember what he did. If you care (which I doubt), then look it up.

He’s making a list, he’s checking it twice... he’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice! If Santa used the Ten Commandments for his standard, how would you do? Let's find out... Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything? (No matter the value.) Ever used God's name in vain? Ever hated anybody? The Bible says “Whoever hates his brother is a murderer”
If you are guilty of these things, it shows that in your heart, you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, murderer-at- heart. Many people don't know that God will use the Ten Commandments to judge the world. Forget about Santa, "naughty" and "nice"... how will you do on Judgment Day? If you are found guilty, that means an eternity in Hell... 2,000 years ago, God sent Jesus to the earth to pay for your sins. When Jesus died on the cross, He took the punishment that you deserve for breaking His Law (The Ten Commandments). God's wrath came down on Jesus, instead of on you. The Bible says, "God commands all men everywhere to repent, because God has appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness."
Remember if you try to get to Heaven on your own, you must keep every Commandment in thought, word, and deed! Jesus paid the penalty for your sins on the cross. Then He defeated the power of sin and death when He rose from the dead. Repent (turn away) from your sins. Place your faith in Jesus Christ alone to save you. God will grant you eternal life. Read your Bible daily and obey what you read.

I'm not sure about God ever saying "Ho" in scripture, but I DO NOT believe that having Santa in the mix of Christmas cheer is equal to Idol worship. He brings toys to children, the Bible says "give and it will be given to you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over." Santa's just trying to live up the scripture himself.

ho occurs 4 times in 3 verses.
Rth 4:1 Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, HO, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.
Isa 55:1 HO, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Zec 2:6 HO, HO, [come forth], and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.
You ever noticed how easy it is to transform "Satan" from "Santa"? Just move the "n" to the end. And presto! "Satan" appears. . . Hmmm….
An internet Google search on "Satan Claus" [not Santa Claus – but SATAN Claus] found over 1,700 hits! Obviously, there are many that tie the two together.

Santa has absolutely nothing to do with religion. It's a secular myth. The true meaning of the season is to celebrate the birth of the Savior, who ironically was born in April, not December.

One must look at the Middle English translations of the Bible to find it. It was commonplace back then yet Modern society has corrupted many words found in the Bible. A good example: ***, which refers to a donkey rather the posterior.

I actually find someone's "belief in Santa" more convincing than someone's "belief in God..."
Because...
God doesn't magically give people like me, when I was young, free bicycles and skateboards, and all kinds of other neato things that made me "giddy" with happiness...
And when I found out that those gifts were given to me by my parents...
I pretty much figured out that every other "gift" ever given to me were given to me by my parents or other people created by their parents horny desires...
(An upper division college "Genetics Class" pretty much "solidified" that idea...)
So... the "Scriptures" would a little "lacking" in their fundamental "accuracy" about who gives who "what..."
