If you think you are ready, then you are ready.

Don't start a new relationship just to be in a relationship. Find someone you really like and then let the relationship develop.

Some people think it to be crass or brash to start dating again immediately after breaking up with someone, but, the fact is that while you're still dating, there is no reason not to keep on taking names of the guys who were attracting you, and there is no reason at all not to begin dating them the very next day, or even that very same night.

Depends on who did the breaking up. If you broke it off, then jump in there and start over with whoever you want. But if he broke it off, be sure you're not just on the rebound before starting a new relationship. Rebound relationships rarely work out.. Good luck

Depends on how strongly you felt about him - but I've heard the norm is 7:1. If you've been with someone 7 days it takes one to get over them. 7 months is one month, etc. So...year and a half should be about 2.6 months. Wow...we should have gone out .4 months ago!

Do whatever your heart tells you, but I think the best thing is have some YOU time. Dont just jump into another relationship. It may be a rebound.

It's right to have a relationship the next day. You live one life sister. Enjoy it to the fullest the way you want to.

Babygal you really need to reword your post more clearly. I think what you are trying to say here is three months down the track is it ok to try again, even though you think you are over it?
My question to you is WHY would you even bother trying again if you are already over it??!!

people have different clocks.. it took you 3 months to get over him, it may take another person 9 months...it doesn't matter as long as you are happy. he obviously wasn't doing something right. enjoy your life and don't feel bad cause you moved on. peace.
