Brain is still not fully understood. Neurons of brain cells are highly specialized. Compare with robert and computer. We do radiate out some waves from our body witch interacts with other waves......,

It is interesting to see you disassociate your true self from your brain. Like there is a spiritual brain behind all this. As far as we know we are a tiny point just behind our nose. That is us ... You and me. The brain uses patterns similar to the computer and it was people Bill gates who were able to do stuff like that . We are made up from little tiny pixels from little tiny off /on switches. Well there is some new imaging out now showing the tubes and stuff of the body. But the brain is a pile of wire type neurons and their connectors. What is thinking ? It is what a worm does as it remembers a path out of a maze. But we are also made or evolved so that the two powerful upper lobes sitting on the primitive brain called the medulla can make depression chemicals and almost shut down our primitive or auto brain. Holy rusted metal Batman!

It is due to the umpteen number of chemical reactions happening in the brain...okay ?

Brain stores the impressions and their memories and connects them on certain principle which are the raw material for thinking.
Storing, processing and producing sensory experiences and ideas ,brain generates thinking.
