I used to drink Cranberry all the time...but switched to Grapefruit because of this "no sugar added" variety that Ocean Spray sells at the supermarket I go to. Plus, I like it a little more than cranberry.

So what do you think?

Well what are the different health benefits of the two then? I'm not on any meds either. I didn't even fill the vicodin prescription they prescribed me for my broken hand.

There is no definite answer-both have benefits to your health-the whole fruit is even better.
The good news is-you can also find cranberry juice with no sugar added-it's blended with other juices instead. Ocean Spray makes it as well, so why not enjoy the health benefits of both? : )

That depends on what kind of benefits you are looking for.

Do you take any prescription meds? There are tons of meds that you cannot drink grapefruit juice when you are on them.
