He said that he doesn't want to pay child support and that he probably isn't going to sign the birth certificate for that reason... He also said that he isn't ready to be a father... But then again when its just me and him he acts like he wants to be there and help raise the child... He told me just the other day that he was afraid of getting attached to the baby...

His running away won't get him out of paying support. Whether he is ready or not is irrelevant. All he is going to do by moving away is make it that much harder for him to see the baby when it gets here. He's pretty much just screwing himself by doing that.

What you do, is file for the support. If you are vindictive, you can also file for sole custody and win since he won't be here to defend against it. He is making the biggest mistake of his life but he's too stupid to see it.

You can get a DNA test from the drug store now and ask him to do it with you. Might be if he sees he is the Dad he might want to help support the child. Can also go to D.S.H.S and they will force a DNA test and set the child support. He will have to pay no matter what state he is in. Ask at the D.S.H.S. office as to what you need to do if he does leave the state. Hope this all helps you.

Take him to court for Child Support. They will establish paternity. He willmost likely not be allowed to sign away his rights unless there is someone else who is ready to step in to support the child. Most courts don't allow voluntary signing away of rights unless someone is ready to adopt the child. Whether he wants to be a father or not, he is and he needs to support his child even if he is a couple of states away.

You will have to take legal action that will involve paternity testing to prove he is the father and to force him to provide financial support. He will have the choice of signing his rights away to the child and may not be forced to provide any support at that point. He also will have no future rights or say so in the child's life.

Take him to court have him take a paternity test and if this proves he is the father then go to your District Attorneys office and file for child support. He is a dead beat Dad who would rather run away then step up the the plate.

Should have used protection. But in any case, apply for support, it's his child, it's his responsibility to help you provide for the baby. Either he is being irresponsible, or he's just scared. Go to Domestics in your area and explain the situation.

You may have to take him to court to get the DNA test.
The judge can order it.
If he still won't, he will have to deal with your suit for child support as an admission of guilt.
