What would a business scenario, either real or fictional, that depicts each of the following forms of business organization sound and look like?

Joint-stock company- An association of individuals in a business enterprise with transferable shares of stock, much like a corporation except that stockholders are liable for the debts of the business.

Limited liability company- A company in which the shareholders cannot be assessed for debts of the company beyond the sum they still have invested in the company.

Partnership- The state or condition of being a partner; participation; association; joint interest.

Sole proprietorship- A business organization that is unincorporated and has only one owner.

As far as organisation is concerned, it is far easier as sole proprietor, or in partnership. It depends on the business and how much turnover. The bigger the company grows the more people u have to rely on & thus u are dependant on others for your own liability. A limited liability co. with insurance against the directors Would be prefferable. However if u start a bisness u are totally liable if it fails.

A radio station creates sounds. Many business orgs dont.
A business org also can have any look it wants too. Some walmarts now use a beige scheme where as others are still the old style blue and red.

Your question is poorly worded. Perhaps get out of this sole proprietorship.

1. would be your local insruance company, supermarket or K-Mart
2. would be a medical, dental or legal office with lots of associates
3. would be a small family business
4. would be a barber who works alone, a shoe repair place run by one guy
