They are the same thing. If I try and explain it further mental constructs may abound. In Zen the stick is a good tool it only gos.......{woosh}.......and .........then.......WHACK!!!!!! : )

Almost every major religion including Christianity is based upon the worship of the SUN, this is why they refer to it as enLIGHTenment...
