Yes He created it. No, it's not a taboo subject. Yes it has a correct use. No, God does not think it's OK to have sex with just whatever will stand still long enough.

Yep, I believe He created sex - not only for procreation but also for enjoyment.
It's not just "religious" people who consider sex a taboo subject, though. I'd venture a guess that a lot of people in all walks of life consider it to be a private subject.
I don't consider it "taboo" but I'm not going to speak about it out of context, or speak of it with just anyone, either. I guess I feel that is necessary in order to have respect for the sanctity of the union that it represents.
