Only if they cause a problem. Just leave them alone if they don't cause any problems.

Not necessarily. My daughter's (she just turned 18) wisdom teeth started coming in and we don't have any dental insurance and money is REALLY tight -- so having them removed was out of the question. They caused her a minimal amount of pain while they are coming in, but once they'd broken through completely the pain goes away. She's been completely pain free for the past 3 or 4 months and all 4 of her wisdom teeth are completely in.

If there is enough room in your mouth for the teeth, no, they so not need to be removed. The problem comes in when they start pushing your teeth forward, so that they are not in line anymore. Another problem can be when wisdom teeth come in sideways, or migrate up into the sinuses instead of into position up and down in the jaw. These have to be removed to prevent damage to other parts of your facial bones

it depends if there is enough room in your mouth for the wisdom teeth to come up. if there isn't enough room, you'll know...talk about pain! your dentist can tell with an x-ray before the teeth even come up.

it depends. if you have rooms for the wisdom teeth you dont need to take it out. If its bothering you then you need to take it out like no more room for it, hurting & stuff. Then you need to get it taken out.

Most people don't have room for them. I had all four of them taken out. It will hurt, but they could cause you problems in the future, like crowding and toothache.

depends on your mouth structure.

some people have small mouths and have to get them removed becuase it can hurt them if they dont.

if you have a larger mouth then usually yo dont have to because there is room in there.

even if they grow in properly with plenty of room you should have them taken out because they are harder to clean and can get cavities in them easily
